Industry Moves: Twitter Finally Hires A Business Development Executive


image Twitter has been ripped for not having more of a plan in place to make money. So how bad has the site neglected that side of the operation? Well, here’s one indication: Until now, the microsite has had no one on staff to sift through requests for partnerships. The company is now changing that. Yesterday, it announced in its blog that it had hired Kevin Thau to the newly created position of Director of Mobile Business Development — despite the title, Thau will be in charge of all business development for the site.
