Technology Marketplace Smartfundit.com Gets £3.5 million VC Funding

In the first significant investment in a UK start-up in several weeks, finance technology marketplace Smartfundit.com, which has offices in the UK and San Francisco, has raised £3.5 million of funding in a round led by European VC firm BayTech Venture Capital. Describing itself as an “online finance exchange” Smartfundit allows business to buy or software vendors to sell finance technology tools.
