After BSkyB (NYSE: BSY) took an interest but later pulled out, Spain’s Telefonica (NYSE: TEF) telco and France’s Vivendi (EPA: VIV) media conglomerate are talking about a joint bid for Spanish pay TV operator Digital Plus, FT.com says.
