NBC Universal (NYSE: GE) and Top Up TV have agreed to a distribution deal in which the digital terrestrial pay TV provider will add the studio’s TVBox service to its Anytime on-demand line up, reports C21media.net. TVBox includes current and library TV series from NBCU’s portfolio, including the popular Law & Order franchise, Friday Night Lights, Monk, Miami Vice, and Quantum Leap. TVBox is an extension of NBCU’s on demand film service PictureBox, which was launched on Top Up TV two years ago. Top Up TV is available in all homes with Freeview.
