Endemol: The Big Brother maker and participation TV producer is hiring former ITV (LSE: ITV) legal director Andy Griffiths as its own global legal head, emphasising his track record in restructuring the ailing broadcster and advising on acquiring sports rights etc (Endemol itself recently set up a sports division). GMG Radio: Former Guardian News & Media commercial director John Myers will quit as GMG Radio CEO after a year in April, moving in to “semi-retirement” and handing over to deputy CEO Stuart Taylor. Via Media Week.

Que Pasa: Andy Grumbridge, the Virgin Radio digital director who left in the recent TIML buy-out, is now joining mobile marketing agency Que Pasa as group creative director and will sit on its new strategic advisory board. Via NMA.
