Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) has upped its stake in UK computer games producer and Tomb Raider creator SCi Entertainment Group to 16.1 percent after buying 5 million shares today, taking its total to 42 milllion shares. Through its Warner Bros Entertainment division (WBHE), TWX became a major shareholder of the London-based firm after buying 10 per cent of shares in 2006 for around £50 million. As a result of the share increase, WBHE president Kevin Tsujihara has resigned his post as a SCi non-executive director.
