Scool.ro, a Romanian social network for students and alumni, has received an investment from IIF Group, the Polish VC house that’s also funded car search site Wroom.pl TV recommendation platform Personal TV. Founded in November, Scool allows both pupils and parents to share school memories. The site aims to build a national network by tying up with schools shemselves. IIF said it wants to “recreate in Romania” the “success” of Nasza Klasa, a popular Polish alumni social net. No word on any Poland-Romania tie-ups, though. Via Dealipedia.
