Race Car Designer to Make Super Small, Green Car: Gordon Murray, having designed several world champion formula race cars, is using his Silicon Valley venture funding to design a tiny city car codenamed “T.25″ that he says will be far more fuel efficient and cheaper to make than competing cars (the T.25 is pictured in the middle below).
