Since we all know that Steve Jobs is Mr. Secretive, everything that is “announced” before his keynote is pure speculation. Of course, it sure is fun to think about all of these.

I am sure there are more and will be more before the weekend is over. I think the 10.6 and Tablet rumors are most far-fetched. And if there isn’t a 3G iPhone expect Apple’s stock to drop and look for many, many upset people!

Feel free to add to the list in the comments, and tell me what you most want announced at Steve’s keynote on Monday.

  1. @Galley,
I visit Summerton, Manning, and Santee a few of the people use AT&T service and their phone cuts off a lot. I was hoping things would improve after the iPhone was released but the people I know still have this issue. I use my phone for business so having calls that drop is a problem. I’ll have to wait until Apple opens it up to other mobile carriers. :-(

    @ abelara,
I would love an updated MacBook Pro also I know we’ll see one this year, but I think it will be later this year. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my 17″ MacBook Pro.

  2. I really don’t think that Apple is going to license OS X for clones, and the tablet is just wishful thinking. I agree with the rest of the items in the list, just my two cents.

  3. I’m one of those who is hoping for a Mac tablet, but I believe that is highly unlikely.

I also agree with you about OS 10.6 I don’t think we’ll see it any time soon.

What I would most like to see the 3G iPhone open to other carriers. I travel a lot to South Carolina, and the area I’m in has poor coverage for AT&T users which is the only reason I haven’t bought an iPhone.

I’m a Verizon user. If Verizon didn’t back out of the deal before Apple approached AT&T I would have had my iPhone but I read Verizon did not like some of the terms so they walked.
