– The Jerry Springer Show has launched some mobile interactivity, with some features also available though a landline. It includes ringtones, a Jerry Springer Mobile Fan Club, leave a voicemail and weekly text messages containing Jerry Springer Show trivia. It’s run by CommerceTel. (release)
— Eidos will launch a mobile version of Jupiter Lander, a popular game for the Commodore 64 (if you’re younger than me, you may not have heard of that computer). Players can choose a perfect recreation of the Commodore 64 game complete with eight-colour palette and retro visuals, or as a polished contemporary version featuring all-new graphics, complete with particle effects and a zoom mode.
— San Mateo, Calif.-based Frengo said today that its Flirtable application that links together the top social networks is now available for mobile phones. The application is compatible with Facebook, MySpace, hi5, Orkut and Bebo. FLIRTABLE can interact with other users distributed across those networks. For example, a MySpace user can interact with other MySpace users as well as users of Facebook, hi5 and Bebo. Through Flirtable Mobile all of the features are now available from any Web-enabled mobile phone. Frengo also has developed another application called MyLOLz, through a collaboration with I Can Has Cheezburger?. It’s available on the various social networks as well as on the phone, which allows users to easily upload pictures and and captions.
