Online ad agency Logicserve has acquired CK Net, a fellow London-based search marketing shop. Terms were not disclosed. Logicserve believes that CK’s search skills will help round out its more traditional advertising offerings, especially in Europe. Logicserve already has some search expertise, as the company manages online search campaigns in the UK, Portugal, North America and India. That said, it’s still a fairly small company, with roughly 50 staffers in four offices worldwide. Logicserve is particularly interested in building up five-year-old CK’s Affilibid tool, a search marketing management program that the company began developing last year. The two also will continue to develop CK’s forthcoming comparison and review site network, which should be out later this year. In 2007, CK claims to have earned £60 million in revenue. Release
