NetPlayTV, which operates interactive TV gambling games, is paying £70,000 ($140,938) to buy 7,600 mobile gaming customers from Rubberduck Consulting, which operates the Wippit entertainment download store and Cash Club, a £250 ($503.35) weekly mobile trivia quiz. That works out at £9.21 ($18.54) per gamer. Unclear exactly to what use NetPlay will put the database – its portfolio of games primarily operates across BSkyB (NYSE: BSY) and the web. NetPlay COO Gavin Whyte is a Rubberduck director.
