Mountain View-based P2P firm Skyrider has raised an additional $5 million and undergone a management shuffle. News of the raise was first reported by VentureBeat, while NTV reports that CEO Ed Kozel has given up the post to co-founder Ori Cohen. The funding comes from previous backers Sequoia Capital, Charles River Ventures and Velocity Interactive Group. The funding comes after two larger rounds of $8 million and $12 million, for a total raise of $25 million. The small raise seems to suggest challenges for the firm, which has undergone various incarnations, including anti-piracy and ad-supported P2P.
