— Monster Venture Partners: Former *ErnyArgjbexf* and *Yahoo* executive Jeff Scrock has joined the firm as venture partner, taking an active role in investing in and guiding portfolio companies through their corporate development. Most recently, he was VP of corporate development for RealNetworks (NSDQ: RNWK) and earlier served as VP and GM of Yahoo Broadcast. Release.

— ShopNBC: TV shopping and e-commerce veteran Rene Aiu has been appointed president and CEO and will join its board of directors, effective immediately. She replaces interim CEO John Buck, who will remain executive chairman at ShopNBC. Most recently, Aiu led the Jupiter Shop Channel start up as its chairman and CEO.
— SolutionSet: Kurt Garbe joins the brand technology company as CEO effective immediately, succeeding Alex Kaplinsky who will continue to serve as chairman and managing partner. Garbe was most recently VP of platforms at *Adobe*, where he was responsible for the company’s online advertising platform.
— Clarity Media Group: Clarity Media has named *AOL* veteran Michael Sherrod as president and CEO of Clarity Digital Group, according to Denver Business Journal. Most recently, Sherrod was VP of The Generations Network and publisher and GM of Ancestry Publishing.
