EMI, SendMe Sign Deal: Mobile media company SendMe has signed a deal with EMI Music, which will see SendMe offering EMI’s full catalog of mobile content from its portal, That includes over 4,000 ring tones, as well as full tracks from artists including 30 Seconds to Mars, A Fine Frenzy, Lily Allen, Corinne Bailey Rae, Belinda, Beastie Boys, Dierks Bentley, Chemical Brothers, The B-52’s, Coldplay, Daft Punk, Norah Jones, Lenny Kravitz, J. Holiday, Dean Martin, Bob Seger, Frank Sinatra, Joss Stone, The Rolling Stones, K.T. Tunstall and Keith Urban.

ROK (LSE: ROK) In Turkey: Rok Entertainment Group has signed a deal with Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) in Turkey to stream its Rok TV service over GPRS. It will charge about US$4 a week via SMS, and the hope is to sign up several thousand paying subscribers per month. (release)

Weather Channel: The Weather Channel has revamped its website, which now features new maps, ski information and a redesign that moves current conditions into the page header. (release) Quattro Wireless has launched, intended to be an easy way for publishers and advertisers to build, monetize, and measure their own mobile Web presence.

hmmm. I often think why EMI packed it up from Pakistan in 1993. POP Music Scenario of Pakistan is 1000% better than its neighbor countries.
