Seattle-based EVO Landing, a domain monetization startup, has raised an unspecified first round from Monster Venture Partners. The raise follows an angel round led by Seattle-based individuals. The company claims it offers content and advertising for unused domains that results in better performance, since it doesn’t look like the generic link page that internet users have come to recognize. Instead it offers up-to-date content that users might look closer to what users are looking for. The content is also designed to help sites show up higher on search engines. Release.
