Honesty Is Always the Best Policy

Or so learned Greg L. Reyes, former CEO of Brocade Communications, earlier today. Reyes was sentenced to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay a $15 million fine, the first public company executive to be tried and convicted of fraud in the stock options accounting dragnet that began three years ago.
