Mercent, a Seattle-based online marketing firm, has raised a $6.5 million second round led by TVC Capital, along with Madrona Venture Group and a Hillman Group affiliate. The company’s first round was for $6.75 million, according to Seattle PI. Mercent provides various on-demand services for internet retailers, and it plans to use the funding to expand its advertising network, which it claims reaches 200 million shoppers across various online channels.
