Shanghai-based game development outsourcer Ultizen has acquired Mo-Star, a mobile game developer based in Beijing. Mo-Star has a library of 200 games and is identified as a key vendor to China Mobile. The company will be Ultizen’s fourth studio, bringing its workforce to 280. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Ultizen raised $1.5 million last year from Dragonvest Partners. Release.
