Jobs Meta Search Site Jobfox Gets $20 Million

Update: the company has announced the funding officially. Also, Jobfox has done a strategic co- branding alliance with Australia’s Fairfax Digital…its technology will be incorporated into MyCareer in early 2008.

Jobs meta search site JobFox, which was founded by CareerBuilder founder and CEO Rob McGovern in 2005, has received $20 million in its third round of funding, reports PEHub. DFJ Growth Fund led the round, with return backers Menlo Ventures and New Enterprise Associates also participating.

The company, based in McLean, VA and earlier called Mkt10, has received two previous rounds totaling around $20 million as well. The company will use this new capital will be used to open six new sales offices. The site offers personalized job hunting for candidates, and allows them to get alerts on mobile, as well as create a personal profile they can send to employers.
