Jackson succeeds Joseph Stern, who recently said he is leaving DJ. At Earthlink, Morgan was VP for direct marketing. Before that, he held senior media planning posts at ad firms such as WPP’s Grey Global Group and Omnicom’s Altschiller Reitzfeld Davis/ Tracy-Locke. When she was at Earthlink, Punsal was director of customer retention and loyalty. She previously worked in marketing for Yahoo.
