Pacific Northwest Digital Shops Merge, As Ascentium Buys Miller-WhiteRunkle

Interactive marketer Ascentium has acquired fellow Washington State online agency miller.whiterunkle. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. The combined company will have roughly $55 million in revenues, an Ascentium rep said. This is Bellevue-based Ascentium’s second purchase this year. While the company had been concentrating its efforts mainly on the west coast, in April the company bought Baltimore, MD-based CRM software provider Invoke Systems. By merging with Spokane-based MWR, Ascentium has extended its interactive marketing abilities to include multicultural advertising and direct response.
