Broadband Content Bits: Blinkx/Guinness, TIOTI Seeks Traffic Fees

- Blinkx: The London- and San Francisco-based video search index is doing a deal to show videos from HIT Entertainment’s Guinness World Records’ video vault, a repository of records and attempted records. Blinkx will place contextual video ads on the clips and the pair will split the revenue. (Via release).
