Yahoo Bumps Up Sue Decker’s Compensation

Yahoo’s (NSDQ: YHOO) president Sue Decker’s salary has been bumped up, according to an 8-K filed earlier today with SEC. This comes as part of her move from CFO position to the president earlier this year. Her annual salary is increased to $815,000, effective from July this year, and starting this year, her annual target cash bonus will be 150 percent of her base salary (about $1.2 million), with her actual bonus for any year to be determined by the compensation committee based on her performance for the relevant year, the filing says.

Also, she has been granted a stock option to purchase 300,000 shares at a per-share exercise price of $26.20 and 200,000 shares of restricted stock units.
