Singapore’s Media Development Authority has announced it will hand out oup to four mobile TV licences in the second half of next year, with each operator expected to broadcast between 3 and 20 channels. It’s likely the channels will have to follow the same broadcasting requirements as current TV channels so objectional content is not shown to young users, reports the ABU.
