E-mail marketer Zustek has bought interactive and search marketing company Adverb Media for an undisclosed sum. Zustek is using the acquisition to transform itself from specializing in e-mail to being a full-service digital marketing agency. Reflecting its enlarged range of services, the company is dropping the name Zustek and is changing its identity to Zeta Interactive. The company serves more than 200 clients, including Time Inc., Sony (NYSE: SNE) Electronics, and LiveNation. Zustek itself was bought in September by PE firm Investcorp Technology Partners. Release
