Directory publisher Idearc said Q3 revenues slipped 1.7 percent to $791 million, from $805 million; a a 3 percent drop in its core print business was offset by a 15 percent gain online. Internet revenues of $69 million now account for 8.7 percent of the total business. Net income fell by 52 percent to $117 million from $245 million, largely the result of increased interest expense. The company also announced that its $225 million acquisition of Switchboard.com from InfoSpace (NSDQ: INSP) closed Oct. 31.
