ITV (LSE: ITV) has restructured Jeff Henry’s ITV Consumer division that runs, ITV Play, ITV Local, mobile content and the broadcaster’s relationship with PartyGaming (release). COO Tom Betts gets the new role of commercial and acquisitions director in a rejig that could suggest further buyouts are on the way. Betts will be the lead negotiator on major corporate deals and is replaced by ITV director of strategy Ben McOwen Wilson. Betts was influential when ITV bought Friends Reunited for £120 million in 2005. In last month’s turnaround plan, ITV set itself a target to more than triple online revenue from last year

Ben McOwen Wilson and Mr Baker are responsible for Genes reunited. Who is responsible for customer support.
I have subscribed to Genes reunited and cannot access the records site, I have booked time of work to do this. Who is bothered? Who cares about customer services? ?Who will contact me first?
    I await contact.
