London-based media research and info firm Screen Digest has bought Adams Media Research, a Carmel, Calif.-based home entertainment market research provider. The deal was cash and stock, but the amount was undisclosed, reports THR. AMR was established in 1993 by president Tom Adams, who will continue as its president and join the board of Screen Digest. The two companies has been working together on various projects for a while. More in release here.
