Seattle-based MyLifeBrand, the maker of a private label social networking platform, has raised $750,000 in seed money from unidentified investors with commitments of $250,000 more, EVP Dan Scalisi discussed the funding in an interview with socalTech.com and said the company is also pursuing a new round for an unspecified amount. In addition to creating online communities for established groups, the site allows users to manage their accounts at various social networking sites. Both sides of the business face plenty of competition.
