Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless is planning to get its act together: it plans to offer new options for prepaid customers and will start sending advertising alerts to subscribers who ask for the inform, according to marketing chief Mike Lanman, in an interview with Reuters. These options will start in November. Also, the company’s expecting to ramp up its mobile TV offerings (the MediaFlo service).
