Constant Contact, which manages and delivers e-mail newsletters (including ours), has priced its IPO, which it initially filed for in July. The company says it will sell 6.7 million shares, including 870,161 from existing shareholders, at $16.00 per share. Before underwriting expenses, this comes out to a haul of $93 million; the company initially said last July it planned to raise $86 million. Last summer, the company raised $15 million in a round led by Greylock Partners. The stock will trade under the ticker “CTCT”. Release.
