ISP Nettlinx Targeting 3 U.S. Companies For $3 Mln

Hyderabad-based Internet service provider and software company Nettlinx Ltd. plans to buy three US-based web solutions companies at a cost of $3 million with hopes of doubling sales and adding $1 million to profits, according to this Business Standard report.
 
The financial daily quotes Nettlinx executive director, Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, as saying that the first acquisition could be completed by the end of October 2007 and the two other deals will be wrapped up by the end of this financial year. The acquisitions will be funded through a debt of Rs 8.8 crore and internal accruals of Rs 3.2 crore.
