I finally got out of the house and am now happily embedded in a chair at my local Starbucks doing some work and blogging. As soon as I set up here and turned on my Bluetooth mouse it was quickly apparent that the batteries are getting low as it always starts working a bit erratically when they do. I look in my bag and NO BATTERIES! I always have at least a couple AAAs which this mouse uses but I guess I used the last two and didn’t replace them. It’s not a tragedy but it has be thinking, why doesn’t Starbucks sell AA and AAA batteries? With all the people I see using battery-powered mice right now surely they could sell them at a good profit because when you need batteries you REALLY need batteries. It’s a good thing that I like using the HP’s integrated trackstick so I’m not too upset but believe me if they sold batteries here I would have paid pretty good money for a couple. :)
