Industry Moves Roundup: Heavy.com; Feedroom; National Geographic; Concert.TV; Anystream

Heavy.com: The online video aggregator has added three hires to its senior management team: CMO Eric Hadley, formerly GM of the MSN Network; CTO Scott Penberthypreviously Photobucket’s VP of Engineering; and CFO Todd Sloan, who was EVP and CFO of Nielsen NetRatings. Heavy.com introduced video ad network Husky.com this year and completed a fifth funding round of $20 million in January. Release

The Feedroom: After serving as the broadband video company’s CEO for nearly three years, Bart Feder is moving up to the post of chairman of the board. Feder is being succeeded by Mark Portu in the role of president/CEO. Before taking this post, Portu was SVP of the content management company Open Text Corp. Feder, who had been in broadcast TV for about two decades, came to Feedroom in 2000, just after the company was founded. (Release)

National Geographic Digital Media: John Caldwell, formerly VP of corporate development for the consumer health start-up Revolution Health Group, has been named VP of strategic development and operations. He will focus on NGDM’s strategic direction, as well as managing the financial operations for the units within the magazine’s digital media division. Caldwell is also expected to forge new business partnerships both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to RHG, he worked for AOL. Release.

Concert.TV: Scott Reich has been named as VP of programming for the live performance digital media network, B&C reports. Reich, who was formerly VP of multiplatform music programming at VH1, will manage Concert.TV
