Industry Moves: BW's Dodge Leaves Publisher Post For Salesforce.com

Geoffrey Dodge is exiting his post as publisher of McGraw-Hill’s BusinessWeek (NYSE: MHP) and is joining CRM software developer Salesforce.com, the NY Post reports. The Post claims that Dodge left after being passed over for the job as president of the magazine, a position that went to Keith Fox, who had previously served as president of McGraw-Hill Professional. He is currently managing the unification of the print and online sales teams. Dodge was named SVP, publisher of BusinessWeek in November 2004.
Also, Fox announced to BW staffers yesterday that it was combining the print sales force and the online sales force and several others into one unit, the story says.
