Industry Moves: DJ: New Advertising, Marketing VPs; Latour New Managing Editor, WSJ.com

The Wall Street Journal Digital Network: Matt Ellsworth joins as VP-marketing; previously he was advertising solutions manager for Yahoo Finance. Sandra Baez was promoted to VP-advertising operations, from director of advertising operations for MarketWatch.

WSJ Online: Almar Latour will be the new managing editor of the Wall Street Journal Online, effective Sept. 4; he succeeds Bill Grueskin, who was promoted to deputy managing editor of the Journal in the pre-Murdoch re-org round this summer. Latour started at the Journal as an intern in Brussels in 1995, had various overseas assignments and became chief of the technology bureau in New York in 2005. He will report to Alan Murray, who holds the new post of executive editor of WSJ Online. (Grueskin was the senior journalism exec at WSJ.com until the re-org.) Release. (Romenesko has the memo.)
