Oracle’s online learning community that connects schools, teachers and students launched its Hindi version, agencyfaqs.com reports. Apparently, Think.com has the highest number of registered users in India. According to the article, the site is used actively by 75,000 students and teachers in more than 1,100 schools in India, including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas and DAV schools. I visited a couple of school pages on the site and seems like it is difficult to get much of the faculty to set up pages to communicate with parents and students. Even teachers who are participating in think.com don’t seem to be regular in their updates. Waits to be seen if teachers in Hindi-medium schools prove to be more enthusiatic on think.com.
