The big 5-inch screen of the HTC Advantage makes it perfect for using in portrait orientation and Windows Mobile supports that. What would be cool would be if an enterprising Windows Mobile programmer with an Advantage would write a utility that would auto-rotate the screen using the accelerometer that HTC has installed. I know it’s there because that’s what drives the VueFLO technology for scrolling the web browser. This utility would change the orientation automatically when you rotated the device to any orientation. Wouldn’t that be cool? It’s been done on the OQO so I’m pretty sure it could be done on the Advantage too. We’ll give such a utility a big plug here on jkOnTheRun so what are you waiting for? Fame and fortune more fame await you.
