Thailand based commercial satellite operator Shin Satellite has said that it expects to complete ground stations in India by September, and launch broadband services by Q4, reports Reuters. Shin Sat provides high speed Internet and telecom services in 14 countries in Asiapac. Earlier it had been reported that the company plans to launch services in Q3, so that seems to have been delayed by a quarter. Temasek Holdings owns a controlling stake in Shin Sat. More here.
