It is now final, and the total third round is $25 million, we have learned from sources, and Tom Freston, former CEO of Viacom, has joined in the round. The third round was led by Goldman Sachs, and included participation by previous investors Spark Capital, Shelter Capital Partners, Time Warner Investments and Michael Eisner via his Torante investment vehicle. New investors included Freston, Jonathan Dolgen, former Viacom Entertainment Group Chairman and CEO, and the law firm Ziffrin.
