In the line of FunnyOrDie, NextNew, 60Frames (and each would call me and tell me how different they are from each others…nuances), MyDamnChannel has launched, and has also received an undisclosed amount of funding. The first round was led by Okapi Venture Capital. The site has been launched by former MTV and CBS Radio executive Rob Barnett, and comedian Harry Shearer, filmmaker David Wain and music producer Don Was, are among the artists tryign to find their “creative freedom” on the site.
