Crisp Wireless, which offers mobile content management and delivery solutions, has appointed Michael Weaver as VP of strategy. Weaver will develop and manage key relationships with mobile operators, advertising agencies and advertising enablers to help drive the business development strategy of Crisp Wireless. Weaver was last with Microsoft as the Advertising Strategy Director for MSN’s Digital Advertising Solutions team, and played a key role in Microsoft’s acquisition of ScreenTonic, a European based mobile advertising company. Before that was one of the founders of Third Screen Media, the mobile advertising company which was recently acquired by AOL. Release.
