I’m sure most Palm users are already familiar with or use VersaMail, but it’s always good to know what other options are out there for e-mail. Palm-Mac points out Krome, which looked so much like Outlook I almost did a double-take. Krome doesn’t appear to have all of the functionality that VersaMail provides, but if you need a basic POP- or IMAP-capable mail client that looks easy to use, this is probably worth a look. There’s a 30-day trial and the full client license is $16.95.
Murray over at Palm-Mac didn’t have success adding a second e-mail account during his limited look: if the app doesn’t support multiple accounts, that could be a quick deal-breaker right there for many.
