Raleigh, North Carolina-based mobile distribution company Oasys Mobile is in more trouble, after it started considering its strategic options earlier this year: now according to an SEC filing it made yesterday (it is traded over OTC board), two board members for the company have resigned, and the company is also in default of $8 million in loans and interest to two of its lenders that it was supposed to pay by June 30th.
