Ultizen, a Shanghai-based game development outsourcer, has raised $1.5 million in a first round financing from Dragonvest Partners. The company works with platforms from Microsoft’s XBox and Nintendo. While the company did not offer details as to what the funding would be used for, its portfolio of development services include game design, programming and art.
