Hyundai has launched a ringtone download service and a host of other mobile multimedia attractions to target the 18-24 year old demographic and promote its Elantra sedan. The download site, developed together with mobile ad agency Enpocket, features content from emerging artists like the Ataris and Secondhand Serenade. Hyundai is also running mobile banner on Sprint’s Mobile Media Network. The campaign follows the same blueprint the carmaker to push its Elantra model. Enpocket reports that particular campaign achieved click-through rates of around 9 percent – thanks, the company maintains, to the scope of the campaign and the emphasis on mobile. (Release)
