Comcast Interactive Capital, the investment fund for the largest U.S. cable operator, led a $17 million second round for SV start-up BroadLogic Network Technologies. Comcast and Advance/Newhouse Communications (Bright House) are new investors in the company that develops chips to enhance broadband video, broadband speed and HD capacity; existing investors Time Warner Investments, Rho Ventures, Cisco, Levensohn Venture Partners, Walden International, Presidio and Intel also took part.
