–Nokia Siemens Networks has appointed Eric Simonsen to the post of chief financial officer. Simonsen has held senior management positions at telecommunications and financial companies and Nokias global head of restructuring, and replaces Peter Schoenhofer, who is resigning for personal reasons, reports RCR News. Simonsen will continue to hold the position of managing director of AlixPartners, a firm focused on helping companies manage integration and financial restructuring.
–Mobile advertising company MoPhap has appointed a new Vice President of Business Development, Mark Pearlstein. He most recently served as Director of Sales for Entriq.
