NASSCOM, the industry body representing IT and ITES companies in India is planning to launch a Rs. 100 crore venture fund in collaboration with Hyderabad based ICICI Knowledge Park, reports CIOL. Starting October, the fund is going to provide angel or seed funding to companies creating their own Intellectual Property, in wireless, broadband, electronics etc. Not that there isn’t enough venture money awaiting deployment already…
